Schedule A - Spectrum News Renewal

For purposes of this Quote, "Site" shall mean the defined User Organizations recognized by Customer and latakoo for licensing, billing, and service provision. The Flight Site Licenses authorize use of the Services for the news-producing workflows of the Sites and User Organizations as set forth in this Schedule A.

Any Site or User Organization not identified in this Schedule A (each, an “Excluded Organization”) may be added only through a written change order executed by both parties that specifies the applicable additional fees and service allotments. Unless and until such a change order is executed, any Excluded Organization is not authorized to use the Services.
